Can you opt-out of providing certain information?

Any failure by Futures Trading Secrets to enforce strict performance of any provision of the Subscription Agreement or the Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of its right subsequently to enforce such provision or any other provision of the Subscription Agreement or Terms of Use.
